Privacy policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This policy covers the TinySports Apple Watch app, its sports-score service, and this website, operated by Michael Neeley.

Information on your device

TinySports does not require an account. Your favorite teams and fighters and your selected league are stored locally on your device. Scores and team catalogs may also be cached locally to improve loading. TinySports does not upload your favorites or maintain a server-side user profile.

You can change or remove favorites in the app. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to Apple’s device backup and restore behavior.

Requests to the score service

To display scores and team lists, the app sends HTTPS requests containing the requested league and, when applicable, a date or date range. These requests do not include your name, email address, favorites list, advertising identifier, contacts, health data, or precise location.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives technical information needed to handle app and website requests, such as IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, and HTTP headers. Hosting and error logs may contain technical request information. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service, not for advertising or cross-app tracking. Hosting-log retention depends on the provider’s settings and policies.

The score service retrieves sports data from ESPN using server-to-server requests. Its code does not forward your IP address, device headers, or favorites to ESPN.

Analytics, advertising, and sharing

TinySports does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, sell personal information, or track you across other apps and websites. This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Technical service data is processed by hosting providers as described above. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Apple separately operates the App Store, TestFlight, and device diagnostic services. Information you choose to share with Apple, including TestFlight feedback or diagnostics, is governed by Apple’s policies and may be made available to the developer.

Support and privacy questions

Email michael@neeley.dev for support or privacy questions, including requests to access or delete information you have provided. We receive the email address and information you choose to include, and use them to respond and resolve your request. Support correspondence is retained as needed for that purpose or legal obligations. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

Children

TinySports does not request a child’s name, age, or contact information, and has no account-registration flow. The technical network processing described above applies to all users. If you believe a child has shared personal information through a support request, contact us without sending further sensitive details.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The current policy and its last-updated date will be available on this page.
